Andrea didn’t become a personal trainer because fitness was always easy for her. She became one because she understands firsthand how hard it can be to rebuild your confidence, strength and health.
A former national-level gymnast, Andrea has spent most of her life moving her body — but she has also navigated personal loss, chronic pain, and the very real challenges that come with stress, aging, and starting over. After 15 years in the business world and her own 35-pound weight-loss journey, she made the decision to follow her lifelong passion for helping people and never looked back.
Today, she specializes in helping women build strength, move with less pain, and create sustainable habits that actually fit real life. Her coaching blends evidence-based training with honesty, humor, compassion, and just the right amount of sass.
Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, injuries, midlife changes, or simply trying to feel like yourself again, Andrea meets you where you are — and helps you move forward stronger.
