Before Andrea can give you the best recommendation to set you up on your fitness journey, she will need to ask you a few questions, discuss your health and fitness experience and perform a basic movement assessment
Recovery is not just about resting, but replenishes energy and repairs muscle tissue due to the stress of exercise. In this 50-minute session, Andrea can perform myofascial release, trigger point and fascial mobility techniques
If you are a self-driven individual, looking to create a health and fitness routine, then this 12-week program is for you. Andrea will create a program to take you through periodized training based on your goal. Every 4 weeks, you will receive 3 workouts and 1 meal plan to guide you during your training phase. You will also receive 1 weekly (30-minute) check-in with Andrea for accountability and to review progress. Throughout your 12-weeks, you will have access to the online training app, the online nutrition platform and on-going communication with Andrea for any questions and feedback.

Start off by choosing your preferred training style. Price is based on a single session but varies based on quantity purchased and frequency. All packages come with access to online personal training app to record and track your workouts
If you experience pain or have had previous injuries, Andrea can perform a Functional Movement Screen (FMS) through various movement patterns. This will identify opportunities to improve mobility and stability weaknesses to help reduce risk of injury. Andrea will provide recommendations and exercises at the end of the session.
Training with a family member or friend will increase your results by up to 6x. Price based on individual sessions purchased but varies based on package quantity and frequency. All Tandem sessions will include access to the online personal training app and online nutrition access.
Andrea will provide evidence-based, nutrition coaching based on your fitness goals including supplement recommendations. You will receive a meal plan and access to an online food tracking system through dotFit.
After you have completed your consultation, you can purchase a standard, goal-based program to take away with you. Programs can be purchased individually or in a 3-pack for variety or for a 4-week training routine
Whether you are a sports or athletic team looking for off-season training or want to get a group of friends together for a fun, energetic workout, Andrea can accommodate small groups up to 15 people. Each session requires registration and comes with a complimentary handout on health and wellness or sport-related resource. Price listed is per person, per session. Minimum of 5 people required per session
